When requesting the batch archive record for a product you hold, include the lot number printed on your pack (format: FNX-YYX). The complete batch record — incoming inspection, laboratory analysis, and release checklist — will be issued within two business days.
What to Expect
Response Timing
All correspondence received during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00) is acknowledged the same business day. Full responses are issued within two business days. Archive record requests may require up to three business days.
Product & Composition Questions
Questions about ingredient profiles, serving composition, batch-specific lot records, or the sourcing methodology are handled directly by the Fornex specialist team. There is no automated response layer for composition questions — each reply is reviewed and composed individually.
